I want to cancel my reservation. Will there be a penalty?
If you let us know at least 48 hours before your rental date,
there’s no penalty. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance,
you’ll be charged for one day.
Will I be able to have an additional driver?
Yes, but you must let us know and provide their personal and
contact information.
Can I drive out of the state?
No, rental vehicles are not allowed to leave the state where they
were rented without prior written approval.
Do I get free miles each day?
Yes, you’ll receive 50 free miles per day with your rental. If you
exceed the 50-mile limit, there’s a charge per mile that varies
depending on the vehicle.
Where do I pick up the car?
You don’t need to — we offer complimentary delivery from Miami to
Palm Beach. In Los Angeles, we provide free delivery within a
10-mile radius of Los Angeles Airport. For other delivery locations,
feel free to contact us for rates.
What if I don't have insurance?
We can provide insurance. The insurance rates differ for each car.
Types of insurance we offer:
- CDW: Collision Damage Waiver.
- PAP: Personal Accident Protection.
- LDW: Loss Damage Waiver..
Can I rent a car for just one day?
Unfortunately, we have a 2-day minimum for all rentals. For
holidays and special events, a 3-day minimum applies.
What's the minimum age for renting a car?
You need to be at least 21 years old to rent a car. That said,
being a young driver comes with a cost. 😊 If you're under 25,
there’s an additional charge of $30 per day.
